USA Shipping Update
We now collect duties and import taxes at checkout, so there are no surprise fees later.
Shipping Methods
We currently use two different shipping hubs depending on the type of puppet you order:
Retail Puppets - Like Zoomer, Sidekicks, Elroy etc..
- Ship from our central global warehouse in Hong Kong.
- Carrier: Yun Express – a trusted logistics partner for international e-commerce.
- Transit time: usually 7–10 business days to the U.S.
- Shipping is included in the price, and duties are consolidated and paid up front by us. No surprise charges later.
Custom & Premium Puppets
- Ship directly from Thailand.
- Due to Thai Post suspending all shipments to the U.S., we must use DHL Express.
- Transit time: typically just 4–5 business days to the U.S.
- The cost is USD$60 per puppet.
- This is a temporary measure until Thai Post resumes service or another option becomes available.
- Please note: DHL may charge a small processing fee due to the backlog of parcels and staffing shortages. We will update this page if that changes.
- Custom and premium puppets are larger (80cm full body), which contributes to the higher shipping cost.
We are monitoring this closely and will update this page if Thai Post resumes service or if U.S. customs policies change again.

Here’s what to expect under normal conditions and during the current backlog:

Why did Thai Post stop shipping to the USA?
In August 2025, the United States ended the long-standing “de minimis” rule that allowed parcels under USD$800 to enter duty-free. Now every package requires customs clearance and duties. Thai Post and other postal services paused U.S. parcels because their systems can’t yet process these new requirements. Until that’s resolved, the only reliable option is DHL Express.
How are retail puppets shipped?
Retail puppets ship from our Hong Kong warehouse via Yun Express. Transit time is usually 7–10 business days to the USA. Shipping is included in the price, and duties are collected at checkout and prepaid by us.
How are custom & premium puppets shipped?
Custom and premium puppets ship directly from Thailand via DHL Express. Transit time is typically 4–5 business days. The cost is USD$60 per puppet, with Pubbets covering the balance to keep it fair.
What should I expect with delivery times?
During normal times, DHL takes 4–5 business days and Yun Express takes 7–10 business days. Due to the current U.S. customs backlog, shipments may take longer: DHL up to 7–12 days, and Yun Express up to 14–20 days. We’ll continue to post updates here if things change.
