USA Shipping Update
For USA orders, duties and import taxes are prepaid for all retail puppets shipped from China.
Custom and premium puppets shipped from our Thailand workshop may still have duty payable on delivery.
Shipping methods
We ship from two locations, depending on the type of puppet you order:
Retail puppets (Zoomer, Sidekicks, Elroy, etc.)
- Ship from our central warehouse in Hong Kong.
- Carrier: Yun Express.
- Typical transit time to the USA: 5–8 business days.
- Shipping is included in the price. Duties are prepaid by us and already included.
Custom & premium puppets
- Ship directly from Thailand.
- We now use Thai Post for regular service and Thai Post EMS for express.
- Typical transit time:
- Thai Post Registered Airmail: 10–20 business days
- Thai Post EMS (express): 5–8 business days
- Shipping cost for express EMS: USD $30 per puppet.
- Note: Duties may still be charged on delivery for custom and premium puppets shipped from Thailand.
- Custom and premium puppets are larger (80 cm full body), which contributes to the higher shipping cost.

Do I still pay duties?
Retail puppets have duties prepaid. Custom and premium puppets from Thailand may have duty charged on delivery.
Why don’t you use DHL anymore?
Thai Post USA service has resumed, so we’ve switched back to Thai Post and Thai Post EMS for express. DHL is no longer required.
How are retail puppets shipped?
Retail puppets ship from Hong Kong via Yun Express. Transit time is 5–8 business days, and duties are prepaid.
How are custom & premium puppets shipped?
Custom and premium puppets ship from Thailand using Thai Post Airmail or EMS Express.
What should I expect with delivery times right now?
U.S. customs is still clearing a backlog. EMS may take up to 7–14 business days, and Airmail may take 10–20 business days.
