This website is operated by Pubbets!. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pubbets!. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, policies, or notices referenced or linked herein. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, and content contributors.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & ORDER TIMELINES
We offer a range of puppets, including mass-produced retail designs and one-of-a-kind custom or premium creations.
Custom & Premium Orders: These are handmade and crafted to specification. Production times may vary depending on current order volume, supply availability, and project complexity. While many custom puppets are completed within 4–5 weeks, some may take more or less time. We will always do our best to communicate accurate timelines and keep you updated along the way.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.
SECTION 3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
We love seeing our puppets out in the world creating content! Whether you bought a retail puppet or commissioned a one-of-a-kind custom build, we want you to use it. This section clarifies what you can (and can't) do with your Pubbets! character.
1. What We Own (IP & Patterns)
All underlying designs, patterns, construction techniques, logos, images, text, and branding elements on this website remain the sole intellectual property of Pubbets!.
- Retail Puppets: You own the physical puppet, but the character design and patterns belong to Pubbets!.
- Custom & Premium One-Offs: Pubbets! retains the rights to the underlying patterns and structural techniques used to create the puppet. You may not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or duplicate the puppet for the purpose of creating unauthorized copies for sale or distribution.
2. Your Usage License (Performance & Commercial Use)
When you purchase a physical puppet from us (Retail or Custom), you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use that physical puppet for:
- Personal enjoyment and collection.
- Educational and therapy settings.
- Live performance and recorded media.
- Commercial content creation, including monetized social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, etc.), advertisements, and sponsored content.
You do NOT need prior written consent from us to perform with or monetize content featuring your puppet.
3. Restrictions & Brand Safety
We believe in creative freedom and pushing boundaries! We want you to make whatever content inspires you: funny, scary, wild, or weird.
However, to protect our community and business standing, this license does not grant the right to:
- Claim that you designed or built the puppet yourself (please credit Pubbets! where appropriate).

Mass-produce merchandise featuring the puppet's likeness without a separate agreement.

Use the puppet for illegal activities or content that promotes hate speech (e.g., racism, bigotry).
SECTION 4 – PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in your local currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior agreement, or orders placed under suspicious or unauthorized activity.
SECTION 6 – USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you send us specific submissions (e.g., contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
By submitting reviews, photos, or video feedback of our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content in our marketing and promotional materials (social media, website, advertisements). We will never share personal identifying information (like full names or addresses) without permission.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
