At Pubbets, we’re committed to getting your puppet to you quickly, safely, and without any headaches. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders, whether you’re in a busy city or tucked away off the beaten path.

Note: We have two different shipping origins depending on which puppet you order. Please check the categories below.

1. Retail Puppets & Accessories

Ships from: Global Fulfillment Hub (Hong Kong)

These are our "ready-to-ship" items. We use fast, reliable couriers to ensure they arrive promptly.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Transit time: 5–8 business days to most destinations
• Carrier: Yun Express or comparable tracked courier
• USA Orders: No Surprise Fees. Duties and import taxes are prepaid and included in the price.

2. Pubbets Lab & Premium Custom Puppets

Ships from: Pubbets Workshop (Thailand)

These puppets are built one at a time by our team. Because they are handmade, they require build time before shipping. If you have a strict deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Options (Custom/Premium)

• Standard Shipping (Thai Post International):
  • Cost: Flat Rate $15 USD per puppet (We subsidize the shipping cost to keep rates low for you).
  • Transit Time: Approximately 2 weeks.
  • Reliability: Fully tracked and reliable.
• Express Upgrade (EMS):
  • Thai Post EMS: Faster delivery (4–7 days). Rates calculated at checkout.

Important: Due to the high cost of international logistics, custom and premium puppets do not qualify for free shipping promotions unless specified.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• USA Orders (Retail): All duties/taxes are prepaid by Pubbets. You pay $0 on arrival.
• USA Orders (Custom/Premium): Orders are generally duty-free under the de minimis value threshold, but U.S. Customs holds final authority.
• International (Non-USA): Customers are responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by their local customs office. These are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking & Issues

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shipping label is created.
• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. Pubbets is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Lost Packages: While rare, if a package is deemed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.
