When does the campaign run?
15 to 29 September 2026, based on New York time (EDT).
How does the 25% bonus gift card offer work?
The gift cards are discounted by 20% at checkout, while the customer receives the full gift card value.
So paying US$100 gives US$125 credit, which is 25% more credit than the amount paid.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The discounts are applied automatically at checkout during the campaign.
Can I buy more than one gift card?
Yes. Customers can buy multiple gift cards and receive the campaign offer on each one.
Do Pubbets gift cards expire?
No. The gift card credit does not expire.
What can I use the gift card for?
Anything at Pubbets.net, including custom puppets, outfits, wigs, accessories and future Pubbets Workshop purchases.
You can also buy any of our current products, including full-body puppets, Pubbet sidekicks and accessories.
Can I use my gift card before the new Workshop app launches?
Yes. It can be used anywhere on Pubbets.net, not just inside the new app.
When will the new Pubbets Workshop app launch?
We’re aiming for the end of October 2026.
What is the US$10,000 funding goal for?
The new Workshop app, improved puppet blanks, new colours, outfits, wigs, glasses, facial hair, shoes and other new customisation options.
What happens if you raise more than US$10,000?
The stretch goals help fund extra puppet colours, more clothing and wigs, professional app animation and sound, a 3D printer for accessories, and eventually equipment such as a UV flatbed printer.
Is this crowdfunding or a donation?
No. Most campaign support comes through normal purchases, gift cards and special offers. Customers receive something in return for their support.
Can international customers take part?
Yes. Pubbets sells internationally and our store can display/convert pricing for customers in different regions.
What happens to Pubbets Lab?
Pubbets Lab is evolving into Pubbets Workshop, with a new app, improved puppet blanks and a much larger range of customisation options.
Do I have to wait for the new app to order a custom puppet?
No. Custom puppet orders can still be placed during the relaunch period.
