    We are a very small business and don't have expensive overheads. We design all of our puppets in house and manufacture our retail puppets in bulk.

    Where do you ship from and how long does it take to arrive?
    We ship worldwide from our central shipping warehouse in Hong Kong, delivering orders worldwide in 7-10 days (or less). There may be some delays to rural areas or during busy periods.

    How do I do the 10-part puppetry course?
    You will get a welcome email after your order ships, which includes a link to our private Pubbets Academy group on Facebook. Simply enter your order number and become part of a friendly and supportive group of puppetry fanatics!

    What if I don't like the puppet?
    No problem! We have a 30 day return guarantee. If you're not happy with Grumplesnoot you can return him in the original packaging and we'll give you a refund or replacement.

    Grumplesnoot is perfect for my 3-4 year old puppet shows

    I bought this red with rainbow suitcase Grumplesnoot lives inside and during the show I take him out of the suitcase. I love how Grumplesnoot can easily be stuffed and folded into a small space. And in seconds he comes out to do his show. The kids love him. The best monster pubbet I own.

    I Love Grumplesnoot

    He arrived earlier than expected and worked as advertized. My personal favourite feature is the elastic on the top and bottom of the mouth piece to hold fingers in place.

    Excellent quality and a great price.

    As a kid, I always wanted to get a puppet, but even back then ones of quality were very expensive. I decided to order a pubbet, because at that price point I figured even if it was bad, it wasn't much of a loss. I was very surprised at the quality of this pubbet, especially for such a low cost. I'll probably be buying more and I'm considering a custom build in the future.
