We aim to complete all orders within 7 days, though we'll keep you updated on our current queue to manage expectations. 1. Where do you ship from and what is the estimated delivery time?
We offer free worldwide shipping from our workshop in Thailand, serving the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe. You'll receive frequent updates during shipping, and our customer service is always available for questions. Typical delivery is within 2 weeks, with possible delays in rural or peak periods.
Need faster delivery? Opt for the DHL Express upgrade for a 5-7 day delivery after dispatch.
2. How long does it take to finish a puppet?
We typically complete orders within a week. During busy periods, there might be some delays. You'll receive an estimated completion date in our initial email, and you're welcome to contact us to inquire about the current building queue.
3. Why are your custom puppets more affordable compared to others?
Our custom puppets are cost-effective because they are crafted from pre-made, proprietary base puppet bodies, which we produce in large quantities. This approach, blending the classic puppet look with the feel of a high-quality plush toy, allows for a professional yet lightweight puppet at an excellent price!
4. Can you create puppets like rats, rabbits, birds, frogs, monsters, etc.?
Currently, we specialize in human-style characters only. However, we're looking to introduce new head shapes soon and aim to expand our collection to include animal designs in the future.
5. What is your return policy for the Pubbets Lab custom puppets?
Due to the custom nature of our puppets, we are unable to accept returns. Rest assured, with our experience since 2018 and numerous five-star reviews globally, quality is our priority.
We offer a preview of your puppet through a build sheet and detailed photos before shipment. You're welcome to contact us for updates during the build process and for examples of our work.
